Redeeming purchases

To redeem your purchase in-game do the following!

1. Remember your unique Tebex transaction ID after checkout!
2. Load in-game
3. Select a character
4. Press T to open your chat and type /redeem [tebex-transaction-id]
5. Send the message and wait for the server to check your purchase is authorised!
6. If the system tells you that the transaction id don't exist wait a few minutes and try again
7. After 10 minutes if you cant redeem your purchase contact a member of staff

To use a One Use Purchase follow the steps above and once you have redeemed your purchase use the in-game command /supporter
